After receiving my university degree in crop production, I was quickly drawn to the field of crop protection and a career as an experimental researcher. I was able to acquire a great deal of technical knowledge through three experimentation campaigns with BASF France. In March 2004 I joined Agrolis Consulting as a GEP trialist, at a time when there were just three of us on the job.

Today we have 22 experimenters in France, and I’m pleased to say that I’m still an experimenter and Project Manager. Since 2014 I’ve been fortunate to have the opportunity to oversee the GEP experimentation unit in southeastern France, with four field teams and 12 collaborators. My career offers a lot of day-to-day motivation, because we deal with some highly technical subjects and it’s a real pleasure for me to be able to pass on our expertise to young experimental trialists.

I’m an agronomist by training, with a degree from ENSA Toulouse. I began my professional career as a trialist on two campaigns (Syngenta and IRDA). In 2005 I became experimentation project manager for a service provider in southwestern France.

In 2011 I had the opportunity to join Agrolis Consulting in southeastern France for two years, as both a trialist and Project Manager.

In January 2013 I was lucky enough to be given responsibility for setting up and managing a second GEP experimentation unit for Agrolis in southwestern France. Today I manage three experimentation teams with seven collaborators. We get real enjoyment out of conducting high-quality studies for our customers in field crops, arboriculture, viticulture and vegetable crops. We demand a lot of ourselves, because we’re focused on excellence and we like to see a job done well. Our top priority every day is our customers, and we owe it to them to ensure that they are satisfied.

With a master’s degree in crop production quality management, I joined Agrolis Consulting in 2009 as an experimenter and later became an experimentation Project Manager. Since 2013 my focus has been on developing new technologies designed to make the experimenter’s job simpler (measuring, spraying and data acquisition devices).

In February 2022, I had the pleasure of taking responsibility for our new GEP North unit located in the EPPO Maritime zone. It is with passion that we conduct your trials in field crops, vegetable crops, arboriculture and viticulture meeting the high-quality standards of AGROLIS Consulting.

I also work as part of Agrolis’s GEP experimentation network as an internal quality auditor.

With a degree in agronomy from ISA (Lisbon), I started my career as a researcher, in this same institution, working in trials of vine irrigation. After some years working in production area (mainly viticulture), I had the opportunity to join AGROLIS Consulting in February of 2016 as a field trialist.

Gradually, I acquired more and more skills and knowledge in GEP procedures and human relations, evoluing in the following years Project Manager and Study Director in many topics. Since December 2020, I am the GEP Unit Manager in Portugal.

Our team is composed by three motivated, passionated and experienced agronomists whose main objective is to provide a high quality service (efficient communication, full respect of SOP’s, respect of deadlines…) to our customers.
